Ingredients

For the Fruit Salad
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple chopped
  • 2 cups grapes halved
  • 2 cups kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Small Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Refrigerator

Method

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and watermelon. Just look at those colors!
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined. This sweet dressing is what brings everything together.
  3. Step 3: Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Be gentle; you don’t want to mush up the fruit!
  4. Step 4: Allow the fruit salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This lets all those flavors mingle.
  5. Step 5: Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve chilled. Enjoy your masterpiece!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It’s best enjoyed within 2-3 days, but be aware that the fruit may start to break down and lose its texture over time.
