Ingredients

For the Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for that perfect sear.
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth the flavorful base for our ramen.
  • 2 cups water to help create the perfect broth balance.
  • 3 packs ramen noodles discard the seasoning packets.
  • 1 cup heavy cream adding that luscious creaminess.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce for a hint of umami.
  • 1 tsp sesame oil adding a nutty flavor.
  • 1 cup spinach a pop of color and nutrition.
  • 2 green onions sliced for that fresh crunch on top.
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Equipment

  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  2. Step 2: In the same pot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Pour in the chicken broth and water, bringing the mixture to a boil.
  4. Step 4: Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Step 5: While the noodles are cooking, shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Step 6: Once the noodles are done, stir in the heavy cream, soy sauce, sesame oil, spinach, and shredded chicken. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts and everything is heated through.
  7. Step 7: Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and optional red pepper flakes for added heat.
