  • 1 cup mayonnaise this gives the casserole its creamy base
  • 1 cup sour cream adds a nice tanginess
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese because more cheese is always better!
  • 1 cup chicken broth for extra moisture and flavor
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard a little kick that enhances the taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder you can never go wrong with garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder for that savory depth
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs for that delightful crunch on top
  • 2 tbsp butter melted, helps the breadcrumbs get golden and crispy

Equipment

  • Large Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  6. Step 6: In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle this mixture on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
