Ingredients

  • Roasted Turkey
  • Honey Glazed Ham
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Green Bean Casserole
  • Stuffing
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Gravy
  • Dinner Rolls
  • Pumpkin Pie
  • Eggnog

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Season the turkey with your favorite herbs and spices. Roast in the oven for approximately 13 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest before carving for juicy slices.
  2. Step 2: Score the surface of the ham and apply a honey glaze mixture made of honey, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with the glaze to keep it moist.
  3. Step 3: Boil peeled and cubed potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper to taste. For an extra touch, add garlic or cream cheese.
  4. Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine cooked green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and French fried onions. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  5. Step 5: Sauté diced onions and celery in butter until soft. Combine with bread cubes, broth, and your favorite seasonings. Bake in a covered dish at 350°F (175°C) for 30-40 minutes for a flavorful side.
  6. Step 6: In a saucepan, combine fresh cranberries, sugar, and water. Simmer until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens into a beautiful sauce.
  7. Step 7: Use the drippings from the roasted turkey to create a roux with flour and broth. Whisk until smooth and simmer until thickened.
  8. Step 8: Prepare rolls according to package instructions or your favorite recipe. Bake until golden brown and serve warm.
  9. Step 9: Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and eggs. Pour into a pie crust and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until set.
  10. Step 10: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, cream, and nutmeg. Serve chilled with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.

Notes

If you have leftovers, turkey and ham can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Most dishes can be frozen for longer storage.
